  This place is horrible!! I cannot stress enough, DO NOT go here. The tables are always dirty, all I see are teenagers on their phones. They always run out of stuff, and the cone dip looks old as dirt. I took my kids here a few weeks ago and ordered them mini blizzards, but they rung them up as a medium and never gave me my money back, so I had to stick with the medium. There's a short heavy lady that is always there when I go, and she smells TERRIBLE. Like the devil puked on her clothes. She is so rude to her employees and leaves food sitting on the counter for forever until it gets cold. There are never any napkins and many times I have come in and there are no bags in the trashcans. There are only teenagers that work there, and the rude older manager. They are extremely rude and don't know what they are doing. I know this is long but I'm very upset about it. There is also a blonde haired girl with a big nose and very very skinny figure, who cussed out another employee right in front of me and my children. She got so upset when I asked her to dip my cone one more time, because it was extremely runny. I'm not impressed. I go up there too much for someone who hates it, but my children love the blizzards. I've seen the manager and the little girl many times, and every time I see them, they are very rude. Not to mention I never see them working. Neither of them try and help out. They make the food and they're done. No stocking, no prepping. I'm so unimpressed with this place and they need to get new management asap. If I could give this place no stars I would.

  Horrible experience from horrible service. They shouldn't even be a fast food restaurant because the service was slow. After ordering at the drive thru, we waited 20 minutes for our food. The kids chicken strips were old looking and they didn't eat them saying they tasted funny since they were super dry. My wife didn't receive plasticware to eat her salad with. I'll give them two stars instead of one for the sole reason that we should have checked the bag after receiving it and driving off. At the same time I was pretty pissed after waiting so long that I wanted to get back on the road ASAP! Never stopping there again!!!
